At UrbanGlow Auto Care, we strive to provide high-quality doorstep car wash and detailing services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.


1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Since our services are time-based and labor-oriented, completed services are non-refundable.

  • Once a service is delivered, no refund will be issued.


2. Subscription Refunds

  • Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Partially used subscription plans

    • Missed or unused washes

    • Early termination by the customer


3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Payment deducted but service not provided

  • Duplicate or excess payment due to technical error

Such refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank/payment provider.


5. Cancellation Impact on Refund

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

  • Repeated cancellations may lead to service suspension without refund.


6. Final Decision

All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of UrbanGlow Auto Care, and the decision shall be final.
